**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description- Product and process development
- Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes for the kitchen production and R & D products
- Conduct continual testing, improvement and scaling of new and existing products
- Collaborate with Central Kitchen, outlet chef and QA to accurately and efficiently covert chef recipes into R & D specifications
- Planning, organising and conducting process and production trials
- Assess, develop and implement process improvements in order to increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy
- Sourcing, investigating and testing new equipment to improve processes
- Provide product development and technical support/analysis for new and existing ingredients
- Conduct sensory evaluation
- Meticulously document, record and analyze data from all R & D, food tasting, new and current products, including recipes, processes, preparation, ordering, etc
- Facilitate the handover of new products so as to ensure smooth transition from R & D to production
- Ensure all product creation complies for food safety standards and government and legal regulatory requirement
- Assist in all areas of R & D, product and process development, food tasting

Job Requirements- Degree / Diploma in Culinary, Food Science or food-related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in R & D and production in the food manufacturing and F & B industry
- Knowledge of food production, food processing, culinary knowledge related to equipment and technical skills
- Must have thorough knowledge of food products, recipes and procedures writing
