Sales Support Executive

**JOB BRIEF**
The Sales Support Executive reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
**EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1) Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs.
3) Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery.
4) Support sales staff by meeting month-end goals and maintaining customer pricing in the sales order processing system.
5) Provide all necessary data to management upon request and coordinate sales meetings.
6) Make the necessary arrangements for the sales team and the senior support staff when needed.
7) Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
1) Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
2) Minimum 3 years of sales support experience.
3) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
4) Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge and sales skills.
5) Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
6) Work independently and possess a good and positive working attitude.
7) Work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
8) Hands-on experience in the sales order processing system.
9) Proficiency in MS Office Professional (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
