Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop Procurement Plan**
- Manage working-level relationships with organisational network and external vendors for optimal procurement transactions; source and build new supplier channel.
- Responsible for global brand introduction and brand development.
- Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs; conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions.
**Manage Procurement Activities**
- Determine inventory levels of products.
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to facilitate payment processes to sellers.
**Manage Seller Selection Process**
- Gather data on potential sellers that fulfil procurement requirements and generate list of preferred sellers in accordance with organisation's selection processes.
- Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms and conditions with preferred sellers.
**Support Work Improvement Initiatives**
- Plan continuous work improvement activities and strategies.
- Provide assistance in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualification**
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain or a similar field
**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent vendor management, business negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to build strong and long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Experience in learning and development with proven success in change managementand innovation management, using relevant knowledge of current international trade development, trends and technologies.
- Manage resources and inventory control using solutions design thinking, and strong organisational skills.
- Good understanding of effective management.
- Good understanding of procurement channel development and order fulfilment administration.
