Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate, who is self-motivated and dynamic with knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and landscape, to join our E-commerce Marketing team in Singapore.

You will have the opportunity to support and be an integral part in the growth of our business through dedicated digital marketing initiatives and projects, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Your focus will be on the expansion of our presence in the EU region and on global Marketplaces, the identification of new opportunities for Secretlab and the management of localization efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with external translators to ensure top quality localization of marketing assets and materials
- Coordinate the timely delivery of localization projects with internal teams
- Improve localization processes to maximise efficiency
- Manage daily operations on marketplaces (stocks, sales, pricing, offers, account health etc.)
- Optimise brand stores and product listings on marketplaces to improve performance
- Actively participate in the launch of new territories and / or marketplaces depending on opportunities and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to increase our presence and visibility on Search Engines and within all main European markets
- Help maintain and update consolidated list of partners and opportunities in Europe

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related course of study
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
- Proactive with can-do attitude, disciplined, organised, and highly-motivated self-starter
- A natural idea generator and able to get stuff done without close supervision
- Detail-oriented, metric and results driven, with very strong analytical skills
- Eager to learn and ready to take initiatives

**Bonuses**
- Prior hands-on experience with marketplaces
- Working knowledge of Google tools (Google Analytics etc)
- Experience working with a direct-to-consumer/ digitally native brand
- Understanding of digital consumer journey
- Ability to write and speak European language(s) for the purpose of translation and localisation of marketing collaterals-
