**THE ROLE**:
Within our pricing transformation department, you will be the Business Process Officer responsible for our new pricing tool. You will participate to the definition and implementation of the change and deployment strategy for Pricing Transformation project. As a BPO, you will help to provide support to the trade team in Asia Regional Office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Based in our CMA CGM Group Regional office, in the area under HO responsibility you are in charge of

Alignment on new standard processes

Deployment KPI follow up

Tool usage

Hypercare

You will identify and manage regional stakeholders to raise awareness of the business need for change, manage expectations about the scope and timing of change, and promote understanding of what the change means to peoples and the way of work for each team.

You can gather the various pricing practices amongst all business units (sales, pricers, ops) and all carriers. Based on data collected, you will have to propose recommendations in terms of tool, organization and process to HO team (Target Operating Models).

You can propose relevant visuals and reporting. You are eager to discover and understand pricing innovation to enhance your proposals (user friendly tool, price assistance through analytics).

You will collaborate in the validation of the deliverable functionalities and the detailed specifications at the different phases of the project. You will be the ambassador of the pricing transformation you designed.

**AQUA Tool expertise**: You have or will have AQUA Skills to manage Global Support to End Users. You are able to understand IT constraint/method and to challenge it.

You will have in the scope also the tools and processes issues. You will oversee global coordination with different support team and will be leader on fixing issues as quick as possible.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Digital oriented to be onboarded in our Digitalization process for the Group

Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required for this position.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment (with internal and external people) ensuring all key drivers of change are understood and integrated

Ability to work on different trades environment

Mastery and experience of 3 years minimum in shipping business

Perfect understanding of pricing and commercial strategy set up and follow up

Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits, and delivery

Ability to work in project mode in a multinational environment

You are creative, innovative, and very curious. Skills in excel and project management would be an added value.
