We are expanding our sales team At our academy, we promote life-long learning to individuals to stay relevant in today’s fast evolving job market. We provide a wide range of SkillsFuture workshops for both professionals and hobbyists.

Education consultants play a key role in the sales process. You will have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business by supporting our sales team in engaging new students and keeping them with what we have to offer.

You will be reaching out to potential clients to find out what they’d like to learn. This is the perfect role for someone who is a people person, great communicator, competitive, hard-working, goal driven and a team player

**What you will do**:

- Be the face of our academy (Media or Culinary Workshops) - you will be the first point of contact to engage our potential clients
- Become an expert on our brand, what we have to offer and stay up to date on industry news
- Work closely with other education consultants to drive revenue through new business opportunities

**How you will do it**:

- Make an average of 50 outbound activities to prospect daily, with the goal of signing them up of the respective programmes they’re interested in
- Research new markets - find new programmes to run depending on the market sentiment, build a pool of potential clients by nurturing relationships using our in-house CRM and other platforms
- Nurture relationships with potential students so they will be inclined to bring friends and family

**What you will need to have**:

- Good written and spoken English skills
- Coachability, accountability and self awareness
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment with short sales cycle
- Cold calling experience is an advantage but warm leads will be provided

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
