INTRO

As Finance Analyst you help provide accurate and data-based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements. You will help monitor and develop a fully fetched management and board reporting monthly, as well as different ad-hoc reporting as required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, forecasts etc) considering company’s goals and financial standing
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis together with the global finance team
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

WHAT DO WE EXPECT
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent IT-tools skills, in particular ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- In-depth knowledge of big data and data analytical systems
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis or other related fields
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
