We are currently on the lookout for a **Food Expeditor **who is:

- highly self-motivated, professional and responsible for ensuring efficient order flow between waitstaff and kitchen
- honest, committed to performance excellence & continuous performance improvement, and must display professional integrity.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Assist in final dish preparations, uphold quality and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant backend cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Is responsible entirely in the backend operations and will have mínimal customer interactions.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
- Have similar experience not required but an advatageous.
- Confident and able to work in fast paced F&B environment. operating procedures
