Island Creamery is looking for a service oriented individuals to join our service crew.

Our service crew reports directly to our store supervisor and would trained directly by our overall Operations Manager. There will be ongoing training and development throughout their time in the position to best prepare them to support the operations team and be groomed for success in a future Shopkeeper position.

Core Duties

Handle daily opening and closing duties for the outlet including inventory counting and cash control.

Able to handle taking cake or ice-cream tub orders, assisting customers with making their selecion and packing the orders.

Ensure cleanliness of the kiosk at all times.

Help to keep equipment clean and functional at all times.

Key Qualities

Relevant course such as Diploma in F&B Management, WSQ Diploma in Food Services

Jovial, Strong Work Ethic & Team-First Mentality

Passionate about Customer Service & a problem-solver

A Clear Communicator

Eager to adapt, learn and grow

Relevant work experience
