**About the role**

The Data and Performance Visualization Analyst sits within Middle Office (MO) Management, playing an active role in supporting the Asia Pacific MO operations in its decision making by designing smart activity dashboards.

**What you will be doing**

Reporting to Middle Office, you will:

- Build visuals that will give operations insights, show actual achievements and help drive performance
- Work with various business intelligence tools and data sources to automate relevant activity dashboards
- Support the preparation of powerful presentations for high level meetings (internal or external)
- Design smart activity reports and dashboards meant to review and promote Operational (“Middle Office”) performance across Asia Pacific, both internally and externally
- Develop content for each sector of the Middle Office (air, sea, TSL, tenders, BPO, productivity, data quality, service level etc.) in agreement with the relevant Head of each business units
- Design tools in coordination with Commercial - Front Office (“FO”) team, to promote internal MO-FO communication
- Assist Asia Pacific Operations (“MO”) Management in preparing high-level meetings (data, presentation etc.), ensuring visual style and graphic unity among various Asia Pacific MO departments
- Design “real-time” dashboards available to Asia Pacific team to monitor our freight forwarding activity (bookings, volumes, production rates etc.)
- Work on aggregate indicators by combining various sources of information (productivity, service level, trust level etc.)
- Understand the data and visualization benefits of various internal tools (CW1, DMP, TPC, Link, Cognos ) and external platforms (Xeneta, WorldACD, Iata, Webcargo, CargoAI, Upply etc.) and propose how to best use them to support our operations
- Where necessary, work with various internal departments to develop the right visualization tools
- Ensure content becomes the new standard and shared reference across Asia Pacific to review projects and drive performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Sciences, Economics or Logistics
- At least 3 years of experience in producing dashboards
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence systems (Tableau or Qlik Sense) is a must
- Data Visualization Specialist Qualification is a plus
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is a plus
- Advanced level in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Data Analysis skills, SQL command is a plus
- Microsoft SQLServer, Python, VBA knowledge preferred
