This position is part of the Global Lubricants Supply Chain Business reporting to the Plant Quality Manager in the assurance of Quality Management System in LOBP (Lube Oil Blending Plant) to ensure Lubricants has a world class Supply chain operations and assets to meet its vision and aspirations.

**What’s the role?**

As E2E Quality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for quality system robustness and production facility integrity. You’ll thrive on:

- Being the owner of ISO/TS/OEMS/QB related documentation, certification and audit preparation
- Implementing E2E facility integrity program according to LQS (Lubes Quality System), including jetty, tank, blending, filling, warehouse and logistic
- Being the owner of packaging material testing and acceptance standard.
- Engaging a wide range of stakeholders and influence them to deliver on the above accountability without formal authority.
- Managing root cause analysis of plant quality incidents, and ensuring the key learning is drawn
- Reaching across the plant with a consistent message and focus on the multiple factors that influence customer quality form end-to-end
- Knowledge of Ownership of Hardware and software associated with Packaging / Labelling / Filling / Warehouse / Logistics

You’ll also be accountable for the following:

- Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)
- Follow Shell HSSE policy and plant relevant regulations
- Ensure all lab staffs operate according to requirements of global HSSE system
- Actively participate in company HSSE activities
- Report potential safety incidents and update HSSE Case regularly.
- Quality System, standard:

- Set plant quality management system/standard, drive implementation in line with company quality strategy
- Leading the preparation for E2E OS/FA audit, also including Packaging / Labelling / Filling / Warehouse / Logistics and follow up to close the audit findings.
- In charge of establish, implementation and improvement of company ISO9001/IATF 16949 system; ensure obtaining 3rd-party / authorized institutions review; ensure the effectiveness of certificate
- OEM Audit: Assist Quality Manager on OEM audit of plant.
- Set the standard and drive continuous improvement: Set acceptance standard for packaging material; set quality control standard for filling, warehouse and logistic.
- Support Quality manager in running the internal audits and management review of the Quality management system
- Owner of quality related SOPs/WIs, support quality manager and plant management to set up visual management system.
- Create blending recipe in PCS and review and optimize the recipe to ensure robustness to ensure RFT (Right First Time)
- Quality Incidents Management (Internal and Customer QIs):

- Assist Plant Quality Manager in organizing customer complaint investigation and carrying out relevant correction action to improve customer satisfaction.
- As part of Quality Team - Help resolve Internal, 3rd party partners and Supplier Related Quality Incidents, feedback to RAPM (Regional Associate Product Manager), Plant Management and regional E2E Quality Manager on the Root Cause Analysis and the resolution process for the QIs.
- Drive implementation of QIT (Quality Incident Tracking) into Packaging / Labelling / Filling / Warehouse / Logistics area.
- Support HSSE Manager on the re-certification and surveillance audit of ISO 14001/45001
- Drives Quality cultural change improvement amongst frontline
- Lead in quality incident investigations such as Non RFT, CQI, IQI, SQI
- Support QC Supervisor in running lab activities when necessary

**What we need from you**- Able to independently establish and manage a quality improvement project
- Familiarity with quality improvement tools.
- SAP or ISO 9001 Quality System experience and knowledge will be a plus
- Knowledgeable in HSSE Competency; Analyses and solving problems; Compliance, Control & Exposure Management; Product Stewardship (SDS, GHS requirements); Lubricants/Greases Manufacturing Processes - Knowledge and Team working
- Skilled in Lubricant/Grease Quality System; Quality Management System (ISO 9000) and Laboratory and Quality Assurance
- Awareness in Supply Chain Management
- Good in communication and influencing- Strong sense of responsibility
