**As Head Regional Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless and efficient movement of goods across all modalities, including but not limited to inbound and outbound freight, as well as regional warehouse operations. Your day-to-day management of all physical handling, storage, and movement of goods will ensure that our logistics operations are optimized for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.**

**You will work closely with regional teams to ensure the implementation of our regional warehousing, distribution, and transportation strategy.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Manages the movement of goods (warehousing, transportation, packaging, inventory, inventory deployment, stock control, etc.) and spending whilst ensuring strict cost control;
- Collaborates with the BUs and other cross-functional teams to align on warehousing, distribution, and transportation priorities, needs, services, requirements, and legislations for all regional services;
- Builds and maintains a network with external parties, contracts, manages and evaluates these parties, against quality standards and agreed customer service levels, to guarantee continuity and high-quality services;
- Develops, implements, and manages a cost-effective and efficient regional supply chain organization, standard working processes, and systems, to enable optimal business performance and meet legal requirements;
- Actively supports the definition of the regional warehousing, distribution, import/export and transportation strategy;
- Drives and deploys new operational processes & tools together with external partners as well as internal teams for enhancing supply chain efficiency and drive productivity.

**Key Requirements**
- Completed education in a relevant field;
- At least 10 years of Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics experience, including at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, managing supply chain teams and operations;
- Previous experience in managing warehousing and transport operations;
- Experience with WMS (preferably EWM);
- Strong proactive communication & ability to lead multi-cultural teams in all parts of the world;
- Program management & proven leadership skills to develop senior people and teams and strengthen the organization;
