**Job Summary**:
Zurich Resilience Solutions is seeking a Risk Engineering Manager / Senior Risk Engineer with high hazard property and / or power generation risk assessment experience. This role focuses on managing a local team of 5 risk engineers and also supporting our global / local Asian offices with risk assessment work. Expected travel to customer sites within the Asia region. Job split expected to be 1/3 management and 2/3 field engineer. Location to be in Singapore.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering area.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in management.
- Able to work independently and manage own workload.
- Written and spoken English.
- Property manufacturing / high hazard risk assessment and / or power generation experience.
- Property loss control / risk engineering experience within the insurance industry.
- Fire protection expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess the quality of complex risks as described in the appropriate standard(s) and related competency level and assess loss potentials in accordance with agreed definitions.
- Support external customers by identifying, and reducing the risks that they face individually, and on an overall account basis.
- Provide appropriate risk improvement advice, conduct loss investigations (including both trend and root cause analysis), and implement risk improvement programs.
- Share technical expertise with colleagues, business partners and customers through training delivery or participation in a Centre of Expertise or industry segment.
- Develop and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and collaborate with both customers and business partners to develop appropriate service plans.
