Catalyse Consulting is looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about combining marketing and social media management skills to help our brand acquire a strong online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and communications that clearly convey and define Catalyse Consulting’s brand personality.

This position comes with the potential to further career development as well as pursue interesting and satisfying professional challenges.

**Here’s some of what you’ll do**:

- Assist the Director of Strategy in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to promote Catalyse and its products and services
- Produce compelling copywriting and create visually appealing content for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website content, and advertisements
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and other digital metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Produce reports and examine Salesforce data (training will be provided)
- Support with invoicing and data analysis via Quickbooks (training will be provided)

**To thrive here, you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and analytics.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in common tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools
- A passion for gender equality and a desire to make a difference

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Champion gender equality initiatives and ensure marketing materials are inclusive and representative of diverse perspectives
- Professional fluency in one other Asiatic language (desirable)
