**Job Activities Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to Quality Management for the Papua LNG Project: - Promote Quality in the project and provide Quality advice. - Bring a common vision of quality (Good at first time mindset) within all Project stakeholders (CPY, CTR & Suppliers) through a Quality Culture Awareness, aligns the Quality objectives (amongst Scope, Planning, Budget, HSE) with the Project Execution Plan (WBS and Contractual Strategy), cascades them through a common communication system (visual, verbal/ explicit, implicit). - Assist the Project Management team and contribute to the assessment of the Project Execution performance, assist to establish metrics and to maintain strategic goals and objectives (performance driven indicators). - Implement and control implementation of the Project Quality Management System and assist the Project Management team and Work Package Managers in the organisation and implementation of such Quality Management System. - Define, organise and coordinate the Quality Surveillance of Contractors and of their main Subcontractors, organise Quality audits and visits in coordination with concerned Package Managers, and issue updated evaluations of their performance within the project. - Deploy a Governance Surveillance program across the Project Organization (Internal & External stakeholders) to ensure that all Project elements (Activities, processes and deliverables) are complying with Internationals Standards, Local Regulations (including National Content Plan requirements), Contractual Optimum Requirements and Project Management System. - Review and give advice on Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans for whole coherence and adequacy (format, document control and enforcement to Quality Specifications), knowing that prime responsibility for Quality Control remaining with the Packages Managers and their teams. - Ensure a good communication system of Quality matters to all Suppliers along the pre/post contractual relation with them (through Package teams) - Equipment certification: Ensure that regulatory aspects of certification are identified, monitored and implemented with a traceable documentation. - Supply chain expediting: Ensure that criticality analysis, risk mitigation and quality assurance are applied all along the supply chain process for every equipment purchased (CPY items and CTR purchases). - Goods and services site integration: Ensure that CPY and CTR organizations are in line with best practices related to Equipment Preservation & Conservation from Ex-Work to Site Integration until Installation Performance Test. - Punch-list Management: Ensure that CTR manages, monitors and controls the “hold points” in every activity of its contracts (EPC and Equipment) and does not leave unacceptable issues to be solved during start-up phases. - Final documentation: Ensure that CTR deploys Surveillance along CPY final documentation process in ad equation with contract expectations in proper workable format. - Lead and support the Project "Quality Culture" and its deployment program. **Job Requirements** - Professional Experience (years): 10-15 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas projects - Experience in similar position (years): 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities - Diploma (Technician Level) - Some travels to contractors’ offices and project sites (e.g. Papua New Guinea, etc) may be required - Ability to relocate to Papua New Guinea after FID
