**The Opportunity**
- We are looking for an **Admin Assistant** to assist our operations by contributing to** the smooth running of daily admin operations**

Admin Operations
- Receiving and processing incoming orders
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders and products for delivery on a daily basis
- Packing of orders for pickup by logistic partners
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with logistic partners
- Liaise with customers on their purchases
- Support sales and marketing team to ensure an excellent experience for our customers
- Provide support in the preparation of confidential documents
- Maintain proper documentation and filling
- Compile invoices to be sent to accounting team
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum higher Nitec or equivalent
- **2 years working experience**:
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Meticulous with details
- Handle oral and written communication in a business environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Does not require a pass to work in Singapore
