We are seeking a dynamic, business-oriented Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Regulatory Director, Self Care, this strategic role shapes the APAC regulatory strategies across Digestive Health and Antifungal Self Care Need States, adding value to the business through the delivery of optimal regulatory strategies, active regulatory intelligence, excellence in execution and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Proactively partnering with the business in strategic planning and providing innovative regulatory strategies to deliver regulatory outcomes to enable business plans.
- Representing Asia Pacific Regulatory Affairs in cross-functional Regional and Global teams to contribute to the development and implementation of Regulatory Strategies in line with the APAC business priorities
- Working with regulatory colleagues in APAC markets to develop innovative regulatory strategies for New Products introduction to drive business growth, including providing regulatory advice and perform due diligence for product acquisitions
- Partnering with marketing and across the R&D organization to develop robust and innovative claims supported with sound science.
- Support local teams in anticipating, monitoring, assessing and shaping the external environment to create or leverage opportunities. Provide regulatory support to policy, external engagement and issue management.
- Maintain an awareness of relevant regulatory, industry, legislative, political and competitor activities, assessing the potential business opportunities and risks.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- A science degree with an understanding of regulatory strategy in the pharmaceutical, consumer or medical devices sector
- Detailed understanding of OTC medicine registrations with 3 -5 years of experience across APAC within a pharmaceutical or consumer health company
- Experience with interacting or understanding APAC Health Authorities requirements
- Experience in a regional cross-functional team environment with project management exposure preferred
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster positive and proactive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellence in collaboration and coordination, and with effective communication and influencing skills to continue to grow relationships with internal and external contacts
- The ability to work with strategic direction, performing with independent judgment

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health.
