**Full job description**

Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our telemarketing team. This is a flexible position that allows you to work from home after a probationary period. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers and set appointments. This is an entry-level position with full training provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a script

Schedule meetings and follow up with leads

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Maintain call records and meet daily/weekly targets

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Basic: $10/hr

**Additional Incentives**:
$5 for each scheduled meeting

Bonus for each successful sale closed

**Benefits**:

Remote work after probation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
