Operations Manager

2. Scheduling of buses for their weekly designated jobs

3. Arrangement of Permanent trips for all buses based on their availability.

4. Arrangement of Adhoc trips for all buses based on their availability.

5. Negotiate and obtain deals from external companies/vendors.

6. Review progress of buses and come up with key performance indicators to improve performance of the employees.

7. Ensure daily movements of vehicles are recorded and payments are made promptly.

8. Assist In preparation of payslips, payment vouchers to Sub-cons and invoices for vendors

9. Other duties as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the business.

10. Organising, and filing, coordinating of documents and computer-based information to ensure efficiency

12. Respond and follow-up where necessary with parent enquiries

13. Deal with complaints regarding transportation Services

**Requirements**:
Minimum: Diploma

Good customer service skills and good decision-making ability.

Able to work and lead a team.

Able to meet monthly deadline and targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Tips

Work Location: In person
