**THE ROLE**:

- As a member of S3 Sustaining Product Development team, you will collaborate with global functional teams to enhance product yield & quality through data analysis and statistical modeling in high-volume manufacturing and work closely with Design, Test, and Quality team.

**THE PERSON**:

- We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical leadership and innovative mindset to tackle challenging problems, develop effective solutions and drive continuous improvement. The person should be result-oriented with good stakeholders’ management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams in the organization.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead yield improvement and DPPM debug activities.
- Communicate yield plans and reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
- Drive excursions to minimize DPPM exposure to customers, including production disposition, root cause finding, and risk assessment.
- Define silicon characterization plan, oversee execution and analysis.
- Define the product boundaries and specs based on various inputs.
- Provide technical assessment to production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issues debugging or silicon development.
- Act as technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 9+ Years of experience in semiconductor product development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Proven experience in yield analysis, quality improvement and product development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various analytical tools (Excel, JMP, etc).
- Excel in yield engineering for both SORT and FT/SLT.
- Mastering of the testing methodology and DFT features (SCAN, MBIST, JTAG, CREST)
- Able to work with cross-functional teams for debug, root-cause and implementation.
- Proficient in Windows and Unix based operating systems.
- Experience with Python, SQL is preferred.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- BS/MS in Computer or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
