Av/it 专员/技术员 Av/it Specialist/technician

职责 Responsibilities
- 维护和排除音频、视频和照明（AVL）设备的故障
- Maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video and lighting (AVL) equipment
- 管理AVL设备并对AVL设备进行库存检查，确保资产标签正确
- Managing AVL equipment and stock checking of AVL equipment with proper asset tagging
- 为活动/项目/计划准备和执行AVL设备设置的技术物流，并进行必要的广播和录制
- Prepare and execute technical logistics of AVL equipment setup for events/activities/programmes with the necessary broadcasts and recordings
- 在每次活动/项目/计划结束后, 协助有效拆除并妥善存放所有AVL设备
- Assist in effective ways to tear down and store all the AVL equipment properly after each event/activity/programme
- 配置/微调AVL设置，确保高质量的广播或直播
- Configuring/fine tuning of AVL setups to ensure high-quality broadcastings or live feedings
- 协助活动计划/调度/协调，与不同部门联络以确定必要的AVL需求
- Assist in event planning/scheduling/coordination, liaising with different departments to determine the necessary AVL requirements
- 协助支持IT日常运营或IT相关项目
- Assist in supporting of IT daily operations or IT related projects
- 其他由主管指示的工作
- Any other duties as per supervisor's instructions

入职要求 Entry Requirements
- 对AV和IT系统有技术理解
- Technical understanding of AV and IT systems
- 具有现场音响制作、音视频系统设计和维护的经验
- Experience in live sound production, audio/video system design and maintenance
- 具有视频制作经验，包括视频/音频录制和编辑
- Experience in video production including video/audio recording and editing
- 具有AVL系统故障排除经验
- Experience in troubleshooting AVL system
- 具有视频会议和广播系统的经验
- Experience in video conferencing and broadcast systems
- 强大的技术和故障排除能力
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- 良好的沟通、多任务处理、合作和组织能力，善于团队合作和资源利用
- Good communication, multitasking, collaboration and organisational skills, someone who is a team player and resourceful
- 能够提供卓越的客户服务，并能在压力下工作
- Able to provide excellent customer service and work under pressure
- 能够在公共假期、周末和下班时间轮班工作
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and after office hours on rotating shift basis
- 具备与音响/视频/媒体技术和IT技术相关的教育背景者优先
- Educational background related to sound/video/media technology and IT technical would be an advantage
