**Job Description**:

- Ensuring day-to-day operations can run smoothly.
- Communicating with fellow operations team personnel to develop strategic operations goals.
- Ensure operations run smoothly.
- Deployment schedules
- Ensure staff on site are trained and aware of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),client expectations and company expectations so there will not be Liquidated Damages imposed
- Monitoring and ensuring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Increasing productivity and automating where possible
- Incident reports
- Daily/weekly ops reporting
- Monthly reports for sites where required
- Footage review requests
- Any other tasks where required
- Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work by ensuring
- Equipment is functional and adequate
- All software is up to date and running smoothly
- All systems are up and running
- Setting up sites where needed
- Programming and setting up clocking point.
- Handling complaints/ enquires where required
- Ensuring all documentation is prepared within client requirements for billing
- Collate attendance for sites and prepare monthly attendance for billing submissions
- Any other billing documentation as required such as organisation chart, collation of incident reports and occurrences etc.
- Post advertisements for recruitment.
- Attend to enquiries from current and potential officers
- Letter preparation where required
- Arranging for training where required
- PLRD and CAMS grading
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
