Electrician

To applicant must be able to work on construction site
- To be responsible for all the execution of Contracts progress
- To report and monitor of progress of project to Supervisor
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- To be knowledgeable and competent in arranging work schedule and plan worker for work
- To report daily works progress at job site
- To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors equipment submissions, inspections & T&C.
- To have working experience in electrical (residential & commercial)
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems (DBs)
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged DB units.
- Understand which materials are best for both new construction and historic buildings and obtain them beforehand
- Inspect and check on site that works orders have been carried out accordingly and on time and agreed
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when directed by Management
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
- Ensure work performed on-site comply with the local authority
- **Requirement and Skills**:_
- Have experience in electrical work
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g wire strippers, voltmeter etc) and drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts
- Assisted construction supervisors and lead electrical work
- No formal education required
- Must have experience in the electrical work for at least 3 years and above
- Wiling to work long hours
- Able to commence work immediately or short notice

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
