We Are Hiring:
**Weekend Receptionist
- Assist with walk-in customer enquiry and give information about the school's programs, class schedules, and promotions)
- Welcome and greet students and parents with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Replying enquiry on phone and messages
- Issue invoice & receipts
- Handle cash transactions, including collecting fees and processing payments
- Assist with students check-ins and marking of attendance
- Keeping common area clean and tidy

**Requirements**:

- O-level or higher education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle various customer interactions
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus
- Familiarity with Taekwondo or martial arts is advantageous but not required

**Working Time**:

- Every Saturday and Sunday **(Must be able to commit weekly)**
- Time: 9am - 6pm (or 7pm) 1 Hour Break

Can start as soon as possible

**Location**:
Serangoon Garden

Punggol Northshore Plaza

**Salary**:

- From $10 - $15 per hour
