**Responsibilities**:

- To perform quality control checks for incoming & out going product and assuring product quality.
- Analytical method transfers and validations.
- Data generation and follow ups.
- Product and process improvements.
- Statistical process control.
- Maintaining and improving GLP.
- Plan and conduct internal Audits.
- RMRA support.
- Shop Floor Audit
- Support R&D and production in new product development
- Perform required lab tests, evaluating, interpreting and reporting the results.
- Make decisions to approve or disapprove products and raw materials.
- Support customer complaints and appropriate communications.
- Analytical instrument calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Using Statistical process control (SPC) techniques to optimize manufacturing process.
- Assist in method transfers from R&D to Production.
- Documentation as per quality system.
- Conduct Internal and Suppliers Audits.
- Work with all other functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- In-line process QC supervision.
- All other tasks as required to manage the quality systems.

Qualifications:

- BSc in Food Science or related field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology)
- Experience: - Minimum 3 years of related laboratory working experience
- Previous working experience with HPLC, GCMS, and UV Spectrophotometer, Microbial Testing
- Experience in wet chemistry techniques (titration, extraction)
- Experience in statistical knowledge
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Diligent, good team player with self-motivation and initiative
- Experience in adaptation of methods, implementing of new testing methods and procedure.
- Experience in independently evaluating and interpreting results.
- Personal qualities: Very hands-on, independent, pro-active, strife for challenges and personal growth.
