**We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Crew**

Love working with people? Enjoy creating good vibes and great experiences? We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our **_Service Crew _** In this role, **_you are at the heart of the Club’s dining experience _**that makes our members feel right at home, serving delicious meals with a side of genuine hospitality.

No experience? No problem. Bring your smile, and we will help with the rest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
- Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly enter them into the POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, always with a friendly smile.
- Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting.
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
- Any other duties as assigned to support F&B operations.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
