We offer real-time nanopore-based DNA/RNA sequencing technology: accessible, easy to use and fully scalable for any requirement **Key Responsibilities** This role, based in the ONT Singapore Office, is that of Subject Matter Expert for inter country transactions between the ONT entity in Singapore and Australia and our customers in the APAC region >30 countries. The role manages the key relationship between ONT and UPS Healthcare based in Singapore West. This will ensure excellent intercompany relationships are built. UPS will host monthly performance reviews and quarterly strategic development reviews on their site in Singapore. The customer base served from this site covers the APAC region. Collaboration between the APAC & UK based ONT teams and UPS will be a key success factor to breaking into new markets. **The Details.** Duties include, but are not limited to: - Awareness of stock replenishment from the UK into Singapore and stock levels on hand in Singapore, compared to weekly demand - Monitoring the overall customer delivery timeline from Singapore to the hands of the customer. - Working closely with UPS, Identify by country, the most appropriate information to be provided to the customer to enable them to complete their duties as the Importer of Record, leading to a timely Customs clearance and shortest possible end to end delivery timeline. **What We're Looking For...** - Educated to degree level in supply chain management, business management or a relevant field or equivalent - Formal logistics, project management and production qualification e.g., SIX SIGMA/ LEAN/ CIPS / APICS ASCM / PRINCE2 - An in-depth, proven hands-on experience of fast paced export/import operations is a growth environment - Experience of scaling logistics service provision - Past experience working within an international manufacturing company with a worldwide supply chain is desirable - Logistics experience within a science or engineering based company is helpful - Proficient use of MS Office - Advanced analytical skills and excel skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills We offer phenomenal benefits to include competitive salary, sick pay, long term incentive plans, generous bonus and wonderful career opportunities
