**Requirements**:
**What You'll Achieve**:

- **Craft end-to-end solutions**: Design comprehensive experiences for AppFlowy's desktop, web, and mobile products, enhancing user interaction and satisfaction.
- **Collaborate**: Join forces with the AppFlowy team and our open source community to identify user issues, define our vision, strategize, and deliver effective solutions.
- **Elevate Our Brand**: Contribute to shaping AppFlowy’s identity and develop a design system that raises our standards of quality.
- **Community Engagement**: Use your design influence and knowledge to engaging with the broader open source community to understand the needs of the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bonus points for experience with productivity software such as Notion, Asana, and Airtable.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Ability to craft every detail to tell the right story to the right audience effectively.
- A systems thinker who can envision beyond the aesthetics of design and craft and holistic experience for your Users.
- Experienced working in cross teams in collaborating with stakeholders with diverse viewpoints across Product, Engineering, and Founders.
- Comfortable with navigating change and embracing uncertainty.
- A robust portfolio that displays your skills in user experience design, interaction design, and visual design.
