The Digital Marketing assistant advertises, promotes and supports public relations initiatives. He/She upholds the brands of the company. In turn, brand guidelines must be followed.

He/She also helps to create marketing material like Brochures, pamplets, gift items, banners, etc. Information kits must be made for events, tours, roadshows, exhibitions and meetings. He/She updates the website with any new information if necessary. He/She also helps with media queries. He/She arranges for briefings, contributes to relations efforts and oversees media coverage. He/She also identifies areas that affect branding.

He/She must oversee all social media. All reviews should be responded to. He/She also helps with promotions or special events. He/She maintains the special events and campaign calendar. He/She also arranges with vendors for gift premiums and creation of marketing tools.
- Driving end to end digital marketing strategy and campaigns aligned with sales goals
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, creatives, E-mailers, presentations and web content.
- Ensure all web properties are properly managed, maintained, and optimized in support of business needs, marketing objectives, and user goals
- Liaise with vendors to ensure web projects are prioritized, and sites are operational
- Ensure web experiences are aligned with our brand & digital strategy
- Lead generation & SEO strategies
- Work with technical resource to create landing pages & microsites (from concept to execution)
- Oversee day-to-day web content production, execution & administration - content releases, new product updates in CMS, site administration and troubleshooting.
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance our website capabilities; research, recommend, and implement site enhancements, functionality improvements, plugins/integrations, etc
- Ensure sites are optimized for search, and that Netweb’s web content is well represented in major search engines and third-party websites as appropriate
- Ensure meaningful KPIs and measurement goals are established and implemented for web channels; leverage data/insights and communicate findings & opportunities to team to help with ongoing content/campaign planning and to better understand user behaviour
- Conduct competitor and user research as needed
- Event management - Organising corporate events, Company booth and managing leads at trade shows
- Work with technical and product engineering department to develop product brochures and technical datasheets
- Press release and media activities
- Brand Management - Assist all departments in getting their digital brand initiatives right
