As part of our constant growth to remain relevant and address our clients’ evolving needs especially as the market grapples under the impact of the pandemic, **our digital learning solutions portfolio has been strengthened and enterprises are looking at new ways of learning as a mainstream approach.** **About the Role** The job entails generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, spotting opportunities in these accounts, setting appointments, making client presentations, following up on deals, bringing them to closure and building a relationship for growth. The role provides significant opportunities for learning, professional growth and monetary rewards. **Key Role / Responsibilities** - Develop understanding and connect with the learning solutions portfolio - Identify and carve out target accounts and actors based on priority set within the team - Use (and create when necessary) compelling communications to connect with the leads and translate this into touch-points - Elicit needs and priorities through client conversations and spot opportunities / qualify leads - For existing leads, collaborate with BU Head / manager and present relevant solutions to the right audience in the CLIENT organization - Capture conversations and record updates regularly on the CRM - Prepare and package proposals that address the CLIENT needs - Understand and align with the buying process of the CLIENT and track the deal down to closure - Implement team campaigns as guided and manage end-to-end client relationships - Research & stay informed of the products, target account and relevant industry - Take personal accountability to achieve targets - Use appropriate resources such as research and marketing literature to provide a value proposition to attendees ensuring relevance and high level of customer service - Work with the finance to ensure all payments are collected at defined timelines.Be prepared and participative in internal reviews, team meetings to grow and add value **Expectations**: - 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience - Experience working in the corporate training / HR software industry - Must be comfortable to reach out and liaise with middle to Senior Management in companies. - Familiar with quarterly forecast and ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through deal closure - Ability to analyze client business relate to our portfolio and offer the right solution mix - Must be able to do solution/"consultative" selling and prepare/articulate value propositions - Must be comfortable with technology, internet research and use of online tools for high performance **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Work from home Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus
