**Marketing and Communication officer (32 hours a week)**
- Imagine coming to work in the morning to see children of all ages playing together on the school field. You are preparing for a marketing campaign and take a few pictures of the students in action. Together with a team of experienced teachers and admin staff, all with their cultural backgrounds, you provide a safe and familiar place for children from 18 months to 12 years old. You have checked your schedule for that morning and your 9 am appointment is with two parents who have signed up for a tour of the school. You are ready and energised to give them the best possible experience.Are you an energetic and passionate person that fits well in a place where you can work in a diverse and hands-on environment? Are you able to proactively generate leads and execute the strategic plan of the school? Then this may be the position for you.

Being our M&C officer, your responsibilities will be to develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the school's brand and attract prospective students. You will manage the school's website and social media platforms, creating content to increase engagement and drive traffic. You will also:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the admissions team, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities, such as open houses, fairs, and exhibitions.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase awareness of the school and promote partnerships.

As part of the administration team, you will work closely with the management, teachers and our school’s board to promote our school in Singapore and beyond.
