**Product Owner -**
**Execution Platform **

The Execution Platform Product Owner will be primarily responsible for driving Agile delivery of key strategic initiatives and further the Product Platform Transformation agenda of the bank. As Product Owner, you will focus on key Order Management systems and drive enhancements and improvements in a timely manner with adherence to high standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Tribe Lead in driving the Product Roadmap for key OMS systems and prioritise Product Backlog
- Align with business stakeholders across Markets, Segments and Product teams to create backlogs and develop well defined user stories.
- Lead an Agile squad comprising of Business and Technology partners to drive timely and quality delivery against the Product backlog. Drive User Story grooming & Sprint Planning.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and implement effective testing practices before rolling our new features & enhancements.
- Manage user testing, system training and rollout planning.
- Track and report User engagement, adoption metrics, and develop plans for driving User Satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Good tertiary education preferred.
- 10-12 years of strong experience in Change/Project Management, delivering complex, cross-functional projects, in Banking
- Strong domain knowledge of Trading systems and Order Placement, Execution and Post trade processes and workflows
- Ability to co-ordinate with stakeholders across functions and teams and manage complex interactions.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
- Strong Product knowledge across Asset Classes including Equities, FX, Structured Products etc.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to lead and influence delivery teams comprising of Business Analysts, tech analysts, and developers.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and SQL.
