**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.
- Lead design and architecture of OpenText ECM Projects Implementation.
- Key presenter for OpenText proposals or technical solution discussions.
- Mentor for technical team for OpenText project implementation.
- Define technical solution risks for any OpenText projects/proposals.
- Analyze user requirements and perform estimations.
- Review and ensure quality of project deliverables.
- Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
- Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.
- Provide assistance and support with Opentext ECM technical related issues to the customers.
- Produce Technical and Operational documentations.
- Experience in preparing project deliverables such as Opentext ECM Technical Design Document, etc.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.
- Provide assistance and support to the customers for the Security Vulnerabilities issues.
- Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for ECM deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution.
- Understands Customer requirements and advises Customer on solution options.
- Applies expertise and mentoring to Customer during the installation and configuration of the software. Applies expert business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data.
- Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals.

**Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements**
- Minimally 8-10 years of working experience in design and architecture of OpenText ECM project implementation.
- Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.
- Working experience of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments.
- High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Data Management, Capacity Management, and/or Application Service Resiliency.
- Understanding on RDBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc. is required.
- Good knowledge in MS SQL Server database concepts.
- Must be Singaporean.

**Experience in a similar role**
- 8-9 years of relevant experience.
