- Position Title**:Accountant**:

- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of accounts
- Print e-banking bank statement & monthly bank balance check
- Check accounts payable and receivable situation
- Establishment of invoices and payment check
- Data entry
- Quarterly closing and reporting to the Management
- Inter Company balance check and reporting to Group management
- Verification and/or establishment of the evidence of the activity (contract, invoices, mail, confirmations etc.)
- Preparation of financial statements and the yearly audit
- Liaise with external & internal auditor
- Establishment of budget, control and check list for the Company and the Group
- Reporting to the management and group management
- Establishment of financial statement for limited review by auditors
- Coordination duties with the other companies of the Group
- Team support for other duties assigned
- Ad Hoc duties as request by Management

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in MS Office & MYOB is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
