**Job Title: Event and Operation Executive (Based in Singapore)**

**The Role**:
As the Event & Operation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing events and administrative needs of the Regional Marketing Team, and becoming involved in a range of marketing, sales operations, and administrative support functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Production and delivery of projects from proposal to implementation.
- Delivering events on time, within budget and meeting expectations
- Setting, communicating and maintaining project/s timelines and priorities, including administrative requirements
- Developing operational plans to ensure effective and efficient servicing for all stakeholders
- Building and maintaining clients and supplier relationships
- Provide necessary support to sales, marketing, and administrative functions as when required
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

**The Person**:

- Passionate event planner with at least 2 to 3 years of event management experience
- Experience in organising large scale events is an added advantage
- Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties
- Detail-oriented and insightful while multi-tasking
- Able to travel to support events
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules/deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to manage suppliers to maximise their service levels and while maintaining good working relations
