Ideate and design products for marketing or operational activities (including graphics, H5, banners, websites, etc);
- Be able to optimize the drawing and output of high-quality publicity pictures and brand pictures based on 3D models;
- Manage visual designs of social platform posts;
- Participate in team discussions and continuously seek ways to optimize design;
- Handle daily operations and promotional game image design and production in accordance with current requirements and specifications.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of industry experience working with digital art;
- Passion for design and improving one’s design skills;
- Have certain painting ability and can make art publicity pictures;
- Strong foundation in art design, aesthetics, and creative expression;
- Excellent communication skills, able to discuss business needs with relevant departments including operation and product teams, provide effective visual creative solutions, and execute designs accordingly;
- Loves games and seeking to develop within the gaming industry; rich game-playing experience preferred;
- Strong sense of composition, color, value, and 2D art fundamentals;
- Understanding of Photoshop, layer comps, blending modes, and layer organization.
