**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) department which is responsible for STB corporate budget management, MTI reporting, fund and investment management, financial advisory, and building financial capabilities in STB.

**What you will be working on**
- Grant disbursement related matters o Provide 2nd level check on grant claims o Provide inputs for grants related reporting such as feedback control report, turnaround time and productivity - MTI Budget and Cashflow Management o Perform monthly and ad-hoc disbursement and drawdown of funds from MTI o Post month end journals o Support Chief Liaison officer with MTI to address MTI and/or Line Units’ ad-hoc requests and day-to-day budget operational matters o Support MTI budget and projection exercises, where scope includes preparing templates, consolidating submissions, variance analysis etc - STB Corporate Budget Management o Support STB corporate budget and projection exercises, where scope includes preparing templates and reports, consolidating submissions, variance analysis etc o Support Finance deskheads to address Line Units’ ad-hoc requests and day-to-day budget operational matters o Perform budget upload and transfer of funds in SAP - Ad hoc projects and/or administrative processes

**What we are looking for**
- Proficiency in MS Excel - Proficiency in MS Powerpoint - More than 2 years of experience in finance-related fields - Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy/Business - Hands-on experience with SAP financial system - Chartered Accountant
