**SCOPE OF POSITION**:

- Quality planning - Establish & Implement KPI, SMART Goal, and Projects to achieve the goal.
- Manage quality metrics and lead the team on continuous improvement.
- Work with manufacturing team to standardize the work, enhance the process control and implement the best practices.
- Perform data analysis, Identify the risk with the objective to Protect customers.
- Perform defect analysis, Drives Root Cause analysis to successful completion. Implement and follow up of corrective action resolution ensuring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Team on any manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with Product Quality team on any customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality team on any supplier issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering team on any design issues.
- In charge of MRB activity of the raw material, semi-finish good and finish products. Execute recall process for nonconforming material in distribution center. Execute purge process if there is a global purge.
- Support both internal and external audits.
- Manpower planning of the inspectors to fulfill the production requirement.
- Management of Change.
- Maintaining the integrity of the certified quality system.
- Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actions.
- Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
- Develop tools to automate repetitive jobs like report
- Develop tools for intelligent data analysis

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with the problem solving tools like DMAIC, 8D, 5 Whys, A3 etc.
- Analytical, Data Driven, familiar with those statistics tools like MSA (GR&R), SPC, DOE, T Test/ F Test, ANOVA, Process Capabilityetc.
- Familiar with sampling plan AQL.
- Familiar with PCBA, SMT process, IPC610 standard will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan
- Customer quality assurance experience is preferred.
- Familiar with managing a certified quality management system (e.g. ISO9001).
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Minitab.
- Familiar with Microsoft PowerBI, VB.net, C#, MySQL, MS Access, ASP.net, HTML is added advantage.
- Experience with web page design is added advantage
