**Logistics Clerk**

**Responsibilities**:

- Import & Export processing/documentation
- Sales & Invoices Documentation
- Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements
- Purchasing activities - Generate Purchase Order to Suppliers & Coordinate Delivery arrival

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O” level or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of purchasing/sourcing activities is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and liaise with Suppliers/Shipping/Logistics companies
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point
- UBS System knowledge is an added advantage
