**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated video creator to manage and expand the personal social media presence of our CEO. This is a freelance, flexible-hours role — perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and wants the freedom to work independently while building a strong portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas tailored for the CEO’s personal brand.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and hooks to keep content fresh.
- Suggest new directions for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Manage posting schedule and ensure consistent updates.
- Track basic performance of videos and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for video creation and social media.
- Proficient in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong sense of creativity and initiative — able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, comfortable working directly with leadership.
- Poly students/diploma holders in Media, Design, Marketing, or related fields are welcome.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous experience managing personal or brand social accounts.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Interest in branding and storytelling.
