**Solutions Lead Responsibilities**:

- The Solutions Lead role will be responsible for developing various solutions to improve the efficiency and user experience of RL Devices such as end-to-end prototype management, forecasting build costs across programs to prepare for budget intake, enabling advanced shipment notices and inventory tracking for prototype shipments from contract manufacturers to all hubs.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a software development or IT role, preferably in a supply chain management or logistics environment.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with no code development platforms (e.g. Google AppSheets)
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working on projects related to inventory management, budgeting, shipping, or logistics.
