Security Officer

a)Should possess a Security Certificate under WSQ/PLRD guidelines;
b)Supervision of all out-sourced security officers and their deployment. Control and enforcement on use of car parks, clubhouse facilities and other common areas, safety / security requirements of the buildings, residents, visitors, contractors of the estate;
c)Review and monitor the SOP of the security agency;
d)Responding & attending to any emergency, including security matters after officer hours;
e)Manage, control of security agency contract, CCTV, access cards systems, vehicular access systems in the estate, crowd control, assist in resident’s activities where necessary;
f)Review and improve overall security and safety controls, conduct fire / emergency drills with the security agency;
g)Conduct the relevant MCST official during an emergency;
h)Ensure the submission of proper Incident Report when required;
i)To enforce any instructions / directives in connection with any public health risk, e.g., SARS, Covid, etc., as required by the relevant authorities;
j)Handle residents and visitors, including replies to correspondence to them on security related matters;
k)Partake in estate activities, events, meetings, etc. of the estate;
l)Any other duties assigned as and when required.
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
