**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Operations**:

- Handle **full-set accounting**(AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense claims.
- Prepare monthly **financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)**.Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.

**Budgeting & Cost Control**:

- Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Track project profitability for cleaning service contracts.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with **Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST)**.
- Liaise with auditors and assist in year-end financial audits.
- Prepare reports for management on financial performance.

**System / Skill Famailarity Prefered**:

- MYOB software
- Abilitiy to do Quotation is a plus

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.**:

- **Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience**(preferably in **cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries**).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel/Word**and **MYOB**accounting software.
- Knowledge of **GST, payroll processing.**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **government grants or subsidies**(e.g., PWMC for cleaning sector).
- Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
