Job Description:
- General office administration and management
- Setting up and maintaining an efficient filing system of confidential document
- Handle recruitment process from job posting in the various job portals, arranging interviews, preparation of employment contracts and etc.
- Maintain and update employee’s personal files in system and ensure the confidentiality of all HR document
- Provide career counselling whenever necessary
- Assist in the payroll and the disciplinary process.
- Support and administer in Leave portal & Performance Appraisal
- Any other duties as and when assigned as an Admin and HR Executive
Requirement:
- Relevant HR working experience or relevant diploma will be an added credit for for this job.
- Knowledge and experience of using ACCESS Easypay & E-portal is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant program.
- Initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills
- Meticulous and an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
