As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Investment and Technology Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $134.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $821.2 billion in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2024.

The Opportunity:
This role will be based in Hamilton Lane’s Singapore Office and will be part of Southeast Asia Client Solutions team, with a focus on offering best-in-class investment solutions from Hamilton Lane’s Wealth Solutions platform to our investors.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Work closely with the senior territory manager to aid in developing new business contacts and client relationships- Direct coordination with external parties throughout the prospecting process and ongoing client portfolio development- Assist with various sales and client related activities in the respective geographies including:
- Responsible for potential translation of materials for prospective clients and existing clients- Assist with different marketing activities and events in the region- Help manage existing client and investor relationships across the region through proactive outreach as well as responding to various requests. Includes coordinating with the broader Hamilton Lane team- Work directly with other representatives throughout the firm to ensure superior level of client service- Managing the response to RFPs in conjunction with the RFP/Content Team and taking ownership of high standard submissions- Join the senior Client Solutions team members in prospect and client meetings, taking notes and handling follow-ups- Managing the coordination efforts for presentations and meetings with prospective clients and existing clients- Act as direct support for various sales and client related activities- Maintaining sales activities and new business pipeline in CRM

Your background will include:
- 5-7 years’ experience in a related financial services/private markets role- Fluency in English- Fluency in Mandarin or a Southeast Asian language will be a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to being an attentive listener-
- Need to be a team player with a high degree of drive and motivation- Must be detail oriented, structured, organized and deadline focused- Should be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and pursue excellence in what you do- Private markets experience is a plus- Working knowledge and some existing contacts within private banks and intermediaries is desirable- University degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.). An advanced degree (M.B.A.) or C.F.A. / CAIA or other relevant designation is preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:
Hamilton Lane is a truly global, US headquartered, private markets investment firm with an extensive global office network. This role will require ad hoc travel to clients and other Hamilton Lane offices, and the global nature of the business requires working hours outside of the normal workday to communicate with other Hamilton Lane offices and personnel.
