Research Scientist

- work with the team to scope the project within requirements and ensure timely execution.
- plan, design, complie, and analyse experimental data and adjust experimental designs for new and established methods.
- maintain accuarate laboratory records and data.
- conduct literature reviews.
- help guide new and junior team members within the lab.
- prepare materials for submission to external partners.
- summarise project results and present to research team and external partners.
**Job requirement**
- PhD qualification in Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, Biochemistry or related disciplines, or relevant experience developing and running research projects.
- significant experience with molecular biology assays (eg Immunoassays, qPCR, Western blot etc).
- familarity with neuroscience, bioconjugation chemistry, and/or bioinformatics would be an advantage.
- attention to detail and is comfortable with critical thinking and decision making.
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- able to work independently and also in a collaborative manner with an interdisciplinary team.
- fully vaccinated (as defined by the Ministry of Health, Singapore) against Covid-19.
