**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work alongside the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns, including competitors monitoring and reporting
- Regularly update website content, perform auditing as well as thought leadership content creation
- Liaise and manage relationships with external or internal stakeholders to support for events & launches
- Ensure contents in all presentation decks and materials are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and are free of typographical errors
- Learn about the procurement process, such as requesting for three quotations
- Responsible for taking meeting minutes and circulation for information and follow-ups
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks to support marketing and corporate affairs function

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma or degree holder in Operations Management, Engineering or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in billing operations or relevant industries
- Basic understanding and experience in the energy or renewable energy market is a plus

**SKILLS, COMPETENCES AND PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS**
- Interest in B2B marketing, including understanding industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in a professional business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment, to work alongside diverse group of employees
- Written and verbal communication skills tailored to professional audiences and stakeholders, including the ability to create compelling messaging for business clients
- Knowledge of content management systems and/or web analytics and/or CRM systems
- Stays up to date with latest B2B digital and marketing practices
- Prior knowledge, experience or interest in the energy sector or engineering background will be advantageous
