**YUE ZHI YUAN SPA (QIYU BEAUTY & WELLNESS PTE. LTD.) **is seeking a meticulous and passionate Spa Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service and safety within our spa. We are a renowned spa in Singapore, dedicated to providing exceptional wellness experiences and creating a luxurious and relaxing environment for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor the quality of spa services and treatments, ensuring adherence to established standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in spa operations and recommend solutions to enhance safety and quality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs, including documentation, training materials, and evaluation procedures.
- Collaborate with spa management, therapists, and other staff to maintain a consistent and high-quality spa experience.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulations related to spa quality and safety.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and technologies that can enhance spa operations and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the spa industry, hospitality sector, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma in Business or Management (or equivalent).

**Salary**:
**SGD 5,600 to SGD 8,000 per month **(depending on experience and qualifications).
