5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of chargehands, workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site hull painting, cleaning, insulation and task activities
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man hourreturns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues
- Update daily manpower deployment record and over time.
- Liaise with owners and paint representative and surveyor on complying with paint specifications and requirements
- Attend the daily VSCC meeting if necessary.
- Obtain entry into confined space permits or any other work permit system.
- Inspect and update the check list.
- Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule.

**Requirements**:

- NTC in any Engineering or technical fields and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a shipyard or on site works in construction or plant maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
