**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE***:
**THE PERSON**:
You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites/timezones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to Fullchip integration tasks
- Write RTL models for custom logic schematics
- Formally verify RTL to schematic netlist
- Verify power intent of RTL and UPF matches netlist
- Write design automation scripts that help in chip integration tasks

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- BSEE with 5 years' experience in a directly related job
- Experience in Schematic tools
- Experience writing SystemVerilog models
- Familiar with UPF 2.0-3.0
- Experience with low-power structural verification tools such as CLP or VC_LP
- Experience in formal verification tools such as Conformal LEC, Formality and ESP
- Experience with Verilog simulators VCS, Questa and Verdi
- Script writing skills in Perl, Python and Tcl required
- Strong debugging skills. Ability to solve problems to the root cause and recommend fixes.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus.
